You are a fourth-grade teacher (or a grade level in which you are familiar) who has a very diverse class. In your class of 25 students, there are two students with ADHD, five English language learners, and eight students who are below grade level in the content area of your lesson plan. Your class is a mix of auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learners.

Research the term differentiation and the ways to differentiate for all six of the diverse groups of learners in your classroom: 1. ADHD,2. English language learners, 3. students below grade level in the content area of your lesson plan and 4. auditory, 5. visual, and 6. kinesthetic learners.
Define differentiation in a short paragraph.
Create a table that provides 5 strategies for each of the six learner groups, which you could use in your lesson plans on any given day. These should all be different strategies.
Support your ideas for the strategies with information from the readings or your own research. How do you know these strategies work with each of the learner groups? What does the research say? Use APA citations to identify where you learned of the strategies.
Include a title page and an APA reference page.
Cite all sources according to APA guidelines.
