MGMT 5823 Week 5 Balanced Scorecard Project Individual Assignment
Balanced Scorecard Project
Each student will continue the strategy development and deployment (execution) proposal.
This assignment will require the planning of performance metrics to assess each strategic objective (bubble) on the strategy map that was conducted before.
The following is an article with additional information about the BSC:
Kaplan, R. S. (2010). Conceptual basis of the balanced scorecard. Harvard Business Review.
Reviewing the article on the conceptual basis of the Balanced Scorecard, what is a BSC anyway? How is this tool being used to revolutionize strategy? What are the implications of the tool on: Communication, execution, and review and modification of strategy?

The Strategy Map is the plan view; the BSC is the metrics view. You will include in each bubble from the previous analysis the correspondent measurement.
A brief proposal for the implementation of this Strategy Map/BSC Cascade, and how to use the cascade to implement the strategy in all divisions, department, units and by all individuals.
Requirements for the Paper include:
A formal paper in APA format, 3 to 5 pages in length, with at least 3-5 quality references. Please see grading Rubric.
