Address each of the following in your paper:

  • Write a mission statement for a newly opened book store in your local hospital.
  • Create a flowchart to draft the strategic plan you would follow.
  • Describe your competitive environment and target market in detail.
  • Your mission statement should provide employees and the world at large with one or two key goals that define success in your world.
