Assignment Directions:

  1. Visit the GCU Library “PsycTherapy” Video section. You can find this by going to “GCU Library,” then click on “Find Books and More,” and then you will find “PsycTherapy” under “Streaming Media Collections.”
  2. Search through the videos by clicking on “Therapy Topics.” Watch an entire therapy video
  3. In the space provided below, summarize a complete SOAP note on the client in the video. Each response should be 75-200 words. Your responses should not exceed 200 words.
  4. Based on your findings about the client in the video, create at least two SMART goals for your client. Remember to make each goal Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
  5. Write all information in your own words (do not just copy and paste from a resource), and include properly formatted APA style in-text citations where appropriate.
  6. You are required to use a minimum of two references.
  7. A full APA reference citation should be listed for each source in the area indicated below.
