Construct a graphic representation of a curriculum development cycle for the organization you selected in Week 2. The cycle should include a minimum of four components (e.g., needs assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation). Within each component of the cycle, identify the phases that occur.
Write a 700- to 1,050-word narrative to accompany your graphic. At a minimum, your narrative should include:
- A brief explanation of the purpose of a curriculum cycle.
- An overview of the organization within which the curriculum cycle functions.
- An explanation of each component of the curriculum cycle and the details of its corresponding phases, including but not limited to:
- Phase name
- Phase purpose
- Phase activities
- Phase products
- Phase participants
